As a small business, we really try to minimise the volume of returns for several reasons:

  •  With our items sold at super affordable prices we have to keep costs as low as possible as our margins are tiny, we've paid our staff a fair living wage to source, grade, wash, photograph, list, prepare, package & post your item...kinda like why Primark ain't selling online, time is money and it all adds up when your products are this cheap!

  • A return doubles the journey time of an item which adds to its carbon footprint, though we'd much rather you do return an item than bin it - keeping it in circulation is better overall!

  • We're a tiny team and if we get loads of returns, it means someone is taken away from listing lots of fabulous new items, we're a very finely tuned machine!

Please consider why you'd like to a return an item, if it doesn't fit, do you have a friend you could gift it to? If there's a tiny flaw, can you quickly repair it? If you're really, really unhappy though, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll do our best to make it right. Individual Items

A lot of care has gone into listing thousands of unique pieces online so we hope you love your finds!

 

We do try to minimise the number of returns for several reasons but if you do really, really want to return something, please contact us here.

 

If you think an item is faulty, please check our fair wear policy to ensure it does fall below our standards. 

We're unable to accept returns for faults or damage that was previously mentioned in the item listing. 

 

Return postage is your responsibility, though we strongly advise you obtain proof of purchase and insurance to cover the value of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Mystery Boxes

We can only accept returns on whole mystery boxes so if there's just one item not taking your fancy, why not see if a friend would wear it and gift it to them, or maybe even sell it on an online marketplace, you can always make your money back (and perhaps a little profit too!).

Wholesale

If you change your mind, returns will only be accepted on whole, unopened boxes. Return postage is your responsibility, though we strongly advise you obtain proof of purchase and insurance to cover the value of your order.

 

We cannot accept returns on any individual item from within any box

 

If you have a problem or an issue with the contents of your box, please contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order so we can investigate the issue and resolve it on a case by case basis.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights. Before contacting us about an item deemed to be faulty, please check our fair wear policy to ensure the item does fall below our standards. 

You do have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped, please let us know as soon as possible. If you receive your order and wish to cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt. Once we’ve received your request, you’ll have a further 14 days to sent it back to us and once we receive your returned order, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. If you have cancelled your contract, standard shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase will be included as part of your refund. You can find our full Terms and Conditions here.

Items sold in one of our shops or events are sold as seen and non-returnable or exchangeable, please check all items thoroughly before purchase to make sure you're happy with them. 

Preloved vintage at ASDA

Just so you know, these products are sold by ASDA and are individually priced and not sold by weight. We have zero influence over the sale or returns processes so all queries and complaints must be made to ASDA directly.​

 

All items are one of a kind, second hand pieces and are sold as seen, making them non refundable and non exchangeable; when shopping in store please make sure you're happy with each piece before you buy them.
