In the interest of safety, we're following all Government advice with regards to our events and shops. Our fixed Sheffield Shop and our Pop-up Events do differ slightly in their structure so guidance will vary depending on where you shop with us. Please familiarise yourself with them below.

Please note that the below guidance is applicable in England only; should we visit Scotland or Wales, we will follow all local restrictions and guidance should it differ to the advice available for England.

Note: our guidance may change without notice; we simply have to react to the latest Government advice available which itself provides little advanced warning due to the nature of the current situation, and may change from area to area, day by day. We'll do our best to keep everyone informed should last minute changes arise. You can follow us on Facebook, Instagram & subscribe for email updates to receive up to date information.

Please remember that if you have a new continuous cough, a high temperature or a loss or change to your sense of taste or smell, you should isolate and take a test to determine if you have coronavirus or not. Please DO NOT attend our events or visit our Sheffield shop if you have any of the above symptoms, please stay at home and get tested.

events

  1. a. We accept cash, card & contactless on the door though a pre-purchased online entry ticket is preferred as this enables us to monitor demand & reduce physical contact. Those with an online entry ticket will be guaranteed entry to an event; should demand exceed indoor capacity, online ticket holders will be given priority over those without an entry ticket.

    b. Some events will operate with timed entry slots only (if requested by the venue). You should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. If you're late for your time slot, you'll still be permitted entry but can only stay for the remainder of your time slot. You can order tickets for multiple entry slots, however you will still need to leave the venue and be re-admitted between each one - please note we cannot

hold or save stock, you will need to pay for your finds at the end of each time slot too.

  2. Capacity limits have been increased or removed (depending on the venues own conditions) though we'll still monitor crowds to ensure everyone can shop comfortably, and during peak demand we may hold back the entry queue and impose a one in, one out policy. If you prefer a quieter shopping experience, we recommend visiting us in the afternoon.

  3. Hand sanitiser is available on entry and around the venue which should regularly be used.

  4. Face masks or other face covering are not mandatory but we STRONGLY encourage everyone to continue wearing them where possible. Please respect each others decision to either wear one or not.

  5. Once inside, please observe social distancing where possible.

  6. Our fitting rooms will remain closed at this time. We advise you bring a tape measures so you can measure garments in store to help give you an idea of their fit. Our staff will be able to offer advice on how to measure yourself and the clothing. Please try to avoid trying anything on where possible.

  7. Our staff will be provided with PPE and will be given the choice whether to use it. We’re also providing cleaning equipment so regular sanitation of high contact areas can still take place.

  8. Viruses are unlikely to thrive on porous clothing, however if you prefer you can always quarantine your items for 72 hours once you get home as advised by the government when buying any type of goods.
